We are an AI company. And yet – or maybe precisely because of it – the personal touch matters so much to us.

We also feel a tension internally that we talk about often – and here I just want to say my thoughts out loud.

As an AI company, we know exactly how to optimize our internal workflows. We know how to automate our development process, how to integrate agents with different roles into the development team – and we've handed over many of our internal processes to AI agents. In short: we know AI & we build AI.

And yes, of course we also use AI for our visibility. It generates valuable content for us that we use across different channels. It's probably rarely read in full anymore – but we need it. So that AI search engines can find us and so that we, as a young startup, are visible to our target audience with our solutions. Whether that's good or bad is up for debate. That's just how it is. And it helps us be seen for everything that makes us who we are. Without AI, that would be harder for us.

I don't know where this trend is heading, but I'm convinced of this: especially in spaces where we're already deeply immersed in AI, there's a growing need for honest exchange. Self-written words, authentic images, and less generic content. Because, if we're honest with ourselves – we can barely read all of this anymore, can we? Every company can be perfect nowadays – but where are the moments where you can actually feel a company?

Even reading these lines, you can probably sense my own ambivalence – of course it would be faster for me too to run content through AI. I could have sent this very post through AI to make sure everything is perfectly worded. But do we want that? Do we always want everything to be perfect? Sure, AI makes fewer writing mistakes. But in the end, you lose the sense of the company on the other end. Who are the people behind it, building these solutions? What does working with us actually feel like – beyond perfect posts and perfect slides?

"Every company can be perfect nowadays – but where are the moments where you can actually feel a company?"

Personally, it matters to me to show exactly this side too. We work with mobile robots, we develop AI – but we are not robots and we are not AI. We are people, we are a team – we complement each other wonderfully. We know AI, we master the technology – but we are so much more than that. We are wonderful people – with real voices. We make mistakes, we discuss, we think, we laugh. And we are – behind the AI façade – just genuinely pretty normal & human – and that's a good thing.
